At events, the committed young people get into contact with international representatives from business, politics and society such as renowned professors, scientists, managers and journalists. In numerous intensive discussion rounds, background talks and workshops, the young participants develop approaches to solutions for current socially relevant problems in order to help shape the future themselves.<\/p>\n<p>At the 72nd young leaders Academy in Lingen (Ems) in August 2021, extremely committed young people dealt with relevant topics for the future. In particular, the topics of mobility and sustainability were controversially discussed and critically examined.
