Freedom and human dignity, logic and truth, responsibility and conscience, good and evil – words and terms that mean much more than their often-dusty definitions!

20 young opinion leaders from all over Germany grapple with fundamental questions for one week, guided by professors of philosophy, history, and theology.

Moving visits to the historical sites around the venue further enrich the educational experience. Stops along the way: Weimar, Vienna, Israel, Prague, Krakow, and Florence – and more to come!

Lectures such as “Dimensions of Freedom: Liberty, Free Will, Freedom to Act,” “Liberty and Dignity,” and “Justice and Mercy” gave me a lot to think about and were very enriching and thought provoking to better understand philosophical perspectives.
